The Acropolis

 


Opening times:
Summer (April 01 to October 31) : 08:00-20:00
Winter (November 01 to March 31): 08:00-17:00


Entrance fees:


• 20€ for adults from April to October
• 10€ for adults from November to March
• Free for children up to 18 years old (with valid ID or passport) and students from EU countries (with valid student ID) all the year round
• 10€ for students outside the EU (with valid student ID) all the year round
• 10€ for seniors (over 65 years old) from the EU (with ID or passport) all the year round


Entitled to free admission are:


• Young persons under 18 years of age (with valid identification)
• Students from Higher Education Institutions and Tour Guide Training Institutions, from EU countries, with valid student identification card or International Student Identity Card (ISIC)
• Tour Guides with professional license from the Hellenic Ministry of Development
• Teachers or parents accompanying children on primary and secondary education school visits
• Official guests of the Greek Public
• Visitors with disabilities from EU and non-EU countries and person accompanying them
• Archaeologists, with a valid working identification card
• Journalists with a valid identification card


Entrance is free to the Acropolis to all visitors on the following days:

The Acropolis Museum


Opening times:


Summer (April to October): Monday: 08:00-16:00
Tuesday to Thursday: 08:00-20:00
Friday: 08:00-22:00
Saturday and Sunday: 08:00-20:00
Winter (November to March): Monday to Thursday: 09:00-17:00
Friday: 09:00-22:00
Saturday and Sunday: 09:00-20:00

Entrance fees:


• Summer (April to October): 10€
• Winter (November to March): 5 €
• Adults receive free admission with the Athens City Pass.
• Admission is free for students and children/young people under 18 from the EU.
• For children and young people from non-EU countries over the age of 5, admission costs €3 (from 1 November to 3 March) and €5 (from 1 April to 31 October).

The National Archaeological Museum

Entrance fees:


• 12€ from April to October
• 6€ from November to March
This ticket also allows admission to the following: Byzantine and Christian Museum, Epigraphic Museum and Numismatic Museum.
